  • Contact details of student and his/her guardian

Upon receiving the admission form, we use the provided information to create a student record in our system and generate login credentials for accessing our mobile app interface. These credentials are then securely sent to the student's mobile number provided on the admission form.


We understand the sensitivity of personal information and adhere to strict confidentiality and security measures to protect the privacy of our user's data.

Access, Rectification and Deletion of data

In order to provide an option to resume the use of our services at a later date, we may retain personal data associated with inactive accounts for up to 24 months from the date of last activity on that account. Users with an active account may access, modify, rectify and delete personal information at any time through their account. Users without an active account may send an email to support@idealschoolmanager.com to request for access, rectification or deletion of their personal data. We may refuse to delete or modify your data if we need that data to protect our legal rights or to perform our legal obligations.

Our App is intended to be used by children under 13 only with the consent and oversight of a parent or by a teacher or school for use as part of the school's curriculum. An adult with a verified email address must download the App and create an account before permitting a child to use the App. Please contact us at support@idealschoolmanager.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without consent from a parent or guardian so that we may delete the information as soon as possible.

    We collect the user name of a child provided by the parent. We do not collect other personal information from the child.

    We use it to operate, personalize, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features of our App. We do not use this information for marketing or advertising purposes.
  • How do we share the child’s information?
    We share the information only with our service providers, others in the UMER GRAMMAR HIGH SCHOOL. We do not share the child’s information with third parties for their own purposes.
  • How can a parent control the child’s information?
    The parent can change the child’s user name at any time in the App. A parent should contact us at support@idealschoolmanager.com to permanently delete the child’s information from our systems.

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site.
